MUCIN GLYCAN DATABASE

Here we provide databases of mucin glycans and the corresponding mass spectra. The databases are both supplementary information to published articles and from unpublished material. We hope that this site and its databases will be useful for you!

This homepage is a joint effort by the research groups of Gunnar C. Hansson and Niclas G. Karlsson

It is our ambition to develop this site into an open source of database with information on glycans with a special focus on mucin O-glycans found on mucins.
